Will they fit my shoes?
They come in three sizes and trim easily with scissors to match your exact shoe. Guide lines are printed on the underside.
Are these the same as custom orthotics?
No, and that is deliberate. These cushion and support while letting your foot flex. Rigid custom orthotics immobilize the arch, which is the approach that has failed so many people in this community.
How long do they last?
With daily wear on long shifts, expect around 6 months before the gel starts to pack down. Rotating two pairs extends both.
